Why do we give? We give in gratitude of what Christ has done for us. We give to say our earthly wealth is not the most important thing in our lives. We give as an act of worship so we should give with a happy heart, trusting God to provide for us, and for the body through us. We also have a giving basket in the back of the worship area.
2nd Corinthians 9:6-7.
Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
